As a Senior Systems Engineer for SolarWinds MSP (N-ABLE) you will help shape, design, and architect our Office 365/Azure technology roadmap. You will be a key partner with your fellow infrastructure teams, engineering, and security/compliance teams. The ideal candidate is a top tier technologist who will drive innovation, alignment and technology excellence.

Responsibilities
Advanced experience with Office 365 services including but not limited to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Office Online, Teams, and Office 365 Groups.
In-depth knowledge related to the Office 365 applications and features including Azure Directory.
SSO integration between Office 365/Azure AD and major SSO providers.
Proficient in developing advanced PowerShell scripts.
Experience with Office 365 eDiscovery.
Strong knowledge related to email security and security practice in general.
Advanced Office 365 platform configuration and troubleshooting, and patching, preferably using Intune/SCCM
Office 365 MCSA, Windows Server 2012 MCSA, and/or Messaging MCSE certifications are highly desirable.
In depth knowledge of Windows Server administration
Management of the performance and stability for a complex VMWare, Exchange, AD, IIS and SQL environment.
Manage and continuously secure Active Directory Services.
Monitoring and maintaining backup and security requirements.
Work in a team environment to provide rotating 24X7 support.
Create system and solution documentation.
Researches, evaluates, and recommends new technologies to ensure the optimal stakeholder satisfaction, stability, flexibility, and security.

5+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting ADFS, AAD, and AADConnect is highly desirable.
5+ years of experience administering and troubleshooting Office 365 Exchange Online and Microsoft Exchange, preferably in a hybrid environment is highly desirable
5+ years of Office 365 Management
5+ years of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory skills
5+ years of MS Server support experience in a production environment
5+ years of Virtualization exp (VMware or MS Hyper - V)
2+ years experience with Azure including management of IAM roles and automation of infrastructure deployment across multiple Azure accounts
2+ years experience with Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions
Proven expertise designing and implementing solutions leveraging OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, WS Fed, and MFA
