You're great at:

Leadership

Become a strategic partner to the management team and business unit leaders to build financial models, frameworks and offer financial guidance.
• Provide advisory services to the business relating to topics of financial relevance.


• Develop and manage a financial team to support the company financial planning, budgeting requirements, and analysis.

Reporting and Analysis

• Responsible for monthly and quarterly company and department financial statements and business plan and reporting and analysis.


• Support company and department's financial and other reporting needs.


• Prepares and supports multi-department and corporate annual budgeting and business plan process and re-forecasting processes.


• Development of organization finance policies, conducts special studies, and cooperate with various departments in the preparation of statistical studies

• Interfaces with the department and senior management and business users to map out and document business reporting requirements.


• Development of complex financial models to support company and department requirements.


• Development and implementation of new reporting analysis tools.


• Design and development of enterprise-wide and technology-enabled business intelligence capabilities.


• Prioritize and process ad-hoc reporting requests from the business.

What we would like to see from you:

• Must have demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of a Senior Financial Analyst.


• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.


• Ten (10) years of experience in Finance or Accounting required.

• Five (5) years of experience in a Manager role required.


• Ten (10) years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, data mining, and data analysis and data modeling techniques required.


• Consulting and/or Advisory Services experience is beneficial.


• Strong leadership and communication skills required. Ability to clearly and concisely present financial information, complex analysis, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.


• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Adaptive Insights and Power BI) preferred.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (Vista) beneficial.


• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service to all levels of the company required.


• Able to work well at all levels of internal personnel and personalities and external customers required.


• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities required.

• Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative data collection, metrics & analysis required.


• Prior Business Intelligence development and design preferred.
