Essential Roles & Responsibilities:
Delivery of Our Promise

Execute Task Order change request processes, including modifications to value, Period of Performance, and/or support additional requirements
Oversee Technical Performance of:
Landsat-8 Flight Dynamics and Mission Planning and Scheduling Support
Landsat-9 Launch Readiness Campaign including test creation and execution, product generation, software development, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development, cross-training, mission simulations, and mission rehearsals
Perform cost/budget analysis, tracking, and reporting including Level of Effort (LOE) estimations
Coordinate with the customer and Meridian Product teams to perform and deliver software development releases
Prepare monthly status review inputs including cost, schedule, and performance
Ensure tactical management plans align with larger-scale strategic goals of the mission and company including risk and quality management efforts/initiatives
Identify and develop opportunities for technical or business process improvement

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline
10 years of relevant experience
Obtain successful completion of a government background check
U.S. citizenship
Desired Background:
Experience developing schedules, evaluating progress, and updating plans for the timely accomplishment of objectives
Ability to quickly connect in-person and in writing, and to actively listen and perceive the needs, values, or opinions of others
Demonstrated leadership accomplishments professionally and personally
