We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our global Project Management Team, in our eCOA Service line.

The Project Manager role will direct and manage our services for client projects.Working in a fast-paced environment the Project Manager role requires a person who has the ability to prioritize the needs of the businessandclient as well as working with the wider project team and departments throughout the project cycle process.

The Project Manager role is responsible for directing and managing the delivery of mobile technology services forpharmaceutical clients'clinical projects, ensuring high quality, on-time, and on-budget services while promoting excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

As a member of the global Project Management team, the project manager role will involve the following:

    Lead the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of study management which include:
  • Regular and effective communication with ERT's client project teams to appropriately set and fulfil customer expectations

  • Overseeing the on-time delivery of client projects by working with an internal cross-functional project team

  • Creating and maintaining project milestones

  • Ensuring all study documentation is created

  • Monitoring the on-time ordering and delivery of project equipment in accordance with budgeted quantities

  • Identifying potential study risks and mitigating,and escalating as appropriate.

  • Monitoring study progress, tracking and owning open items, delivering key metrics

  • Scope change and software defect management

  • Monitoring study budgets

  • Ensuring appropriate archiving at study end

  • Acting as the client advocate throughout.Promote collaboration to foster a positive team environment (across the globe), effective communications, and efficient use of resources to meet study timelines and contractual obligations.

  • Apply problem solving strategies to address customer issues and maintain issue tracking documentation to monitor progress and ensure timely resolution to customer escalations

Qualifications

The Project Manager role will manage multiple clients and projects at various stages and as such will require an experienced Project Manager who can offer the following qualifications and experience:


  • Bachelor Degree and/or proven demonstrated Project Management skills or experience within the industry

  • Experience in pharmaceutical/Clinical trials or software delivery fields

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Customer focussed attitude with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process is desirable

  • Detail oriented and demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries and requests

  • Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 20%
