Responsibilities:

We are looking for an entry- to mid-level Civil Engineer with strong CAD design capabilities. This position works under the direction of Professional Engineers and is involved in the company's engineering design studies for our municipal and commercial projects.

The Florida location is flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the engineering site design tasks water distribution and/or wastewater collection and treatment projects.
• Tasks may include layout, site grading, utility design, project phasing and other site components.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawing markups, reports, permitting submittals, opinions of probable costing and technical specifications.
• Perform onsite construction administration and observation services including reporting and monitoring contractor's compliance with contract documents.
• Work effectively within collaborative team environments such as other engineering disciplines for projects design projects.
• Manage time and workload effectively in a multi-task environment including planning,organizing and prioritizing tasks with a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
• EI or PE in FL - or on the path to earning - required
• Must be eager to work on a variety of municipal and commercial projects
• Strong AutoCAD skills a must
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment
