In this amazing role, you can make your mark by being the overall account lead (single point of contact) for numerous, large named accounts in an assigned country, geographic territory and/or industry.

Manager – Business Development Manager Team

We are looking for a high energy Sales Manager to join our North American Channel Team in the Southeastern United States.  Responsible for managing and developing a team of Business Development Managers generating Net New and Unattended Partner revenue generation activity.  The team’s objectives include creating and maintaining channel partner relationships, developing new business opportunities, and increasing market share. Works strategically with channel partners within a defined account assignment or territory. Manages the performance of individual contributors and the overall team, and grows and develops talent within the organization.

How you will make a difference:


  • You will manage area(s), customer(s), or team(s) of company employees with well- defined, limited scope, including directing daily work activities/priorities, people recruitment and development, cost management, and direction- setting within the area of responsibility.

  • You will coach and mentor employee direct reports. May coach and mentor non-direct reports as needed. Manage FPR process for company employees.

  • You will manage team and individual performance.

  • You will advise management and peers on matters of importance to area(s) of responsibility. Propose/influence direction-setting.

  • You will assigns responsibilities, provides direction, leadership, and coaching, removes barriers as needed to enable direct reports to execute their roles and achieve objectives and goals.

  • You will creates a working environment that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, is challenging and rewarding. Achieves diversity and other HR goals.

  • You will establish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts and appropriate customer management, with an objective of maintaining and building the business.

Education and Experience Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.

  • May hold Master's or advanced degree in related field. Typically 8+ years of relevant experience.

  • Leadership- Models effective selling skills; motivates and supports sales teams in selling; demonstrates a high level of support in the pursuit and closing of deals.


  • People development- Sponsors and directs skill building activities to increase the productivity and accomplishments of the sales force.


  • Change management- Ability to work through an environment of change and effectively lead a sales team through transitions beyond their control.
