Responsibilities:

Prepare draft and final invoices for a wide variety of public and private clients within the transportation engineering and construction engineering and inspection industries, including, but not limited to:

State, County and Local Agencies
Federal Government
Private Companies and Individuals

DBE/MBE Reporting
Accounts Receivable collections
Project financial auditing

Qualifications:

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in invoicing public and private clients within the transportation engineering and construction engineering and inspection industries is preferred
Experience with cost plus fixed fee, lump sum, loaded rate/timecard billing
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat software
Knowledge of Deltek operating system is preferred (Vision or VantagePoint), Access experience is a plus
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
