YOUR ROLE


  • Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products

  • Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects

  • Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel

  • Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations  

  • Improve Safety performance by coaching and monitoring associate performance. Tracking and documenting both positive and negative performances.


  • Deliver on performance metrics (ECSL, Off-grade, CCMS, 5S), manage your people fairly, equitably, and with respect.


  • Actively participate in safety programs, setting an example for your reports. Report Incidents in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Make suggestions to improve safety and production to meet our goal of zero OSHA recordables and meet our customer expectations. 

YOUR SKILLS


  • High school diploma or GED

  • Chemical handling experience preferred or minimum of 2 years related manufacturing experience

  • Strong commitment to safety systems and OSHA required standards

  • Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts and/or other shifts on occasion
