Keysight'sAutomotive and Energy Solution Team is looking for a strong leader to take on the role of Solution Management Engineer (SME) for Battery Test Solutions used for developing electric vehicles. The overall responsibility is leading the defining and launching of new test solutions into the electric vehicle market. The SME is responsible for collaborating with solution business planning, R&D, and Business Development to define and launch new proprietary battery test solutions into the automotive market per Keysight's defined solution life cycle (SLC). They will serve as an expert on the EV/Power segment of the automotive market, including developing a deep understanding of segment-related trends and battery test challenges. From this expertise, they will create the solutionvalue propositionandgo to market launch strategy, as well as manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Components of the strategy will include enabling broad marketing programs, as well as the preparation of the channel for 1:1 selling. Specific deliverables include the development of the launch strategy and the development of the associated collateral to support the marketing program requirements, as well as channel training and needed sales tools.

Job Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's or foreign degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.


• Keysight marketing and product management experience, or equivalent experience from the industry.


• 5 years of work experience in product or program management for electrotechnical products ideally in the e-mobility industry.

Ideal:

• Advanced Power and Cell/Battery Design Test and Measurement Experience.


• Automotive EV and/or Power Application Sales and Application Knowledge.


• Direct Experience with EV/Power Customer Workflow and Design Processes.

Colorado Pay Range: $108,000-$180,000.00

Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
