Our client, a national, well established retail brad is seeking a Director of Ecommerce Marketing. This person will spearhead the online experience for the customer which will drive online revenue. JOB SUMMARY:This person will be the subject matter expert and to go person for the execution, strategy and analysis of the website and mobile experience and the channels that go with that (SEO, Email, SMS, Content and Social Media and other marketing programs). Ecommerce and merchandising experience is strongly preferred. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• 
  Responsible for audience segmentation, content and promotional cadence.
  


• 
  Meeting revenue and profit goals through email strategy
  


• Builds and maintains the email calendar.


• Partners with the Creative Team to design email templates, design content and clearly communicate promotions


• Develops full lifecycle programs that are relevant and appealing to target audiences.


• Analyzes email campaigns to make recommendations for enhancing their effectiveness.

• 
  5 years' experience in relevant space
  


• Strong previous email marketing experience, including creating and driving successful campaigns
  


• Proven track record of managing successful email marketing campaigns.
  


• Knowledge of online A/B testing tools a plus: Optimizely, Monetate, or others.
