AbacusNext is seeking a talented Professional Services Engineer for an exciting role within the Global Services Team based in San Diego. The primary responsibility for this position will be working alongside our current Technical Consultants to design, implement and deliver client integration projects that meet the requirements set by customers.
This role is open to applicants nationwide in the US. Southern California applicants are highly preferred.
Qualifications:
Be the primary technical point of contact for new customer software integrations or those expanding to implement additional functionality
Extract, transform and load customer data into AbacusNext Practice Management software
Drive and manage new data integration implementations from start to finish
Confirm customer requirements and provide guidance, assistance, and support throughout the integration process
Interact directly with key stakeholders on all software projects
Understand customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance and automate existing processes that will improve customer workflow
Work closely with the project management, Customer Success Management, and Integration management teams to facilitate and drive a consistent customer experience and ensure successful projects for customers
Leverage and continually develop best practices for each data environment and customer vertical to assist in future implementation efficiencies
Compliment key product discussions by gathering and communicating customer feedback and feature requests to ensure AbacusNext is a “must have solution.”
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in data integrations
Strong experience with ETL and database technologies, preferred
Proven expertise with SaaS solutions and Cloud technologies
Proven familiarity with scripting and programming, including C#, SQL, .NET core, Angular and Javascript.
Strong database manipulation and management skills
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs
Strong interpersonal skills and track record of building collaborative relationships
Degree in a related field preferred (not required)
