Receivables Operations (RO) provides remittance collection services for companies that receive payments from consumer and business clients. It provides state of the art technology, extensive check clearing network, ongoing expense reduction, timely updating of accounts receivables and reduced check float. Wholesale Lockbox: With the use of a system network for Large Corporate and Middle Market customers, Wholesale Lockbox processes both consumers to business and business to business payments at multiple sites within the network.
The technical writer will manage documentations for the Receivables Operations in Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB). In this role you will call on your expertise in developing technical documentations to help drive operation excellence. This role requires a poised and flexible team player who is an experienced technical writer and editor and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Communicating complex information in a clear, concise, and accurate way is crucial in this role.
