Job Description:

The Private Investments team sits within the GWM Managed Solutions & Strategies group and manages the discretionary investment offerings for GWM clients as well as the manager selection platforms. The team is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and monitoring private investment funds across buyout, growth equity, real estate and private credit funds for inclusion in private client portfolios across the global client franchise.

Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to the private equity, private credit and real estate private market industries.J.P. Morgan Global Wealth Management provides investment management products and services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth investors. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds.

The Private Investments team sits within the GWM Managed Solutions & Strategies group and manages the discretionary investment offerings for GWM clients as well as the manager selection platforms. The due diligence team is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and monitoring private investment funds across buyout, growth equity, real estate and private credit funds for inclusion in private client portfolios across the global client franchise.

With over $85 billion in total commitments since 2000, the Private Investments team uses a \"best-of-breed\" approach to source investment opportunities across its broad platform. A disciplined, open architecture selection process enables the group to offer private clients high quality investment opportunities.

This candidate will be responsible for:

• Assist with fund manager searches, due diligence and monitoring of new and existing private funds.
• Maintain detailed monitoring records post-investment including hosting and documenting regular update calls/meetings with fund managers, attending fund annual meetings and onsite visits.
• The key attributes and qualifications for this candidate will include:
• 3-5 years of private fund due diligence experience, investment banking, or similar hands on investment experience.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems and to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information.
• Strong written, presentation and communication skills to represent JP Morgan to fund managers, internal audiences and GWM clients.
• CFA or MBA preferred
