Department Overview
The Software Enterprise Deployment and Integration team is the team that delivers solutions to the public safety sector. We are committed to providing technology and tools which will allow customers to focus on their mission, and enable them to respond faster with smarter and safer decisions. We deploy and support products such as Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management Systems, Jail Management Systems and Mobile Data Computing, among other offerings.
Job Description
Candidates based in New York or a surrounding state highly preferred.
Manage a world-class NG911 deployment of Vesta product suite. Lead cross-functional teams, focused on delivering ultra-high availability NENA i3 compliant call-handling system.
Manage this critical project through design, staging, verification and transition to maintenance and support.
Partner with a high functioning team and customer partners to deliver a best in class emergency call handling system.

This role holds responsibility for both financial performance and functional success and delivery.
Qualifications:
A seasoned professional having wide-ranging experience - uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
BA/BS (or global equivalent - engineering/computer science disciplines preferred) with at least 4 years of project management experience and 4 years of program management experience - preferred (OR)
Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate's degree, or the global equivalent), with at least 4 years of project management experience and 7 years of program management experience.
PMP or MS in Project management strongly preferred
Proficient with Project Management tools; such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheets, or equivalent scheduling tools
Desired Experience

ITIL based process experience
Project management of design-build-maintain telecommunications networks
