POSITION SUMMARY

Colleague will implement training strategy within Global BioDevice & Automation (GBD&A) & lead the design and development of a comprehensive global training curriculum for Field Service Specialists (FSS) and Field Service Technicians (FSTs). Objective is to strengthen the Global training offering to assist the growth of the FSSs through identification of training needs/gaps and establishment of training curriculum to continue to provide the market leading service to the inovo customers for great customer experiences.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The role's primary responsibilities will be to assist the Global Training Lead in developing a comprehensive Electro/mechanical training curriculum establishment for FSS development and advancement for BioDevice, Automation and Vaccine Manufacturing Device (VMD) equipment.

Global Training Support

* Support for Electro/mechanical training resource(s).

* Guide training resources for continued improvement of programs and colleagues to continue/strengthen industry leading service for world class customer experience.

* Identifying training needs and development of training curriculum to meet those needs and strengthen the FSS/FST skill sets.

Develop onboarding, continued education, and career development curricula for colleague advancement

Global Operational Support -

* Updating and/or developing relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and/or Job Aids as needed

* Tracking of Key Performance Indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in customer and commercial support

* Work collaboratively with Global Training Lead to ensure continuous improvements in process, organization, documentation, compliance, & communication

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Undergraduate degree (BS/BA)

* 10 years proven record of accomplishments including experience within Standards, Compliance and corporate training

* Clinical research experience/certification and understanding/application of data and statistics a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

* Consistently proven track record in previous roles including executing designated initiatives and creatively finding opportunities or solving problems to drive colleague performance

* Ability to work in a cross-functional team-based environment, align with and influence internal and external stakeholders, and build/manage relationships at all levels of an organization

* Adept at working in highly fluid, complex and ever changing environments

* Drives development of stated strategy from insight and analytics to tactical execution and measures the results including a plan for follow-through

* Impeccable Project/Process and document management skills

* Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to exercise good judgment and make thoughtful/fair decisions based on relevant information

* Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and ability to learn Zoetis systems).

* Comprehensive understanding of Adobe and Articulate eLearning software a requirement.

* Ability to interact with and include Senior Management, peers and other functions

* Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, business acumen, attention to detail and knowledge of adult learning principles

* Ability to identify training needs and develop training curriculum requirements in collaboration with Global Training Lead in order to strengthen BioDevice & Automation service, supporting the continued market leadership of inovo vaccination customer experience

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* The employee's usual work location is in an office environment, but may be required to conduct field rides to customers from time to time.

* The location for this position is the Durham, NC, site. Remote opportunity considered.
