Job Description:
Credit & Collections Experience (8+ years), including experience communicating with external and internal customers.
Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance.
Oracle experience required (version 12.2+).
Strong Excel skills including creating pivot tables, macros.
Manage a multi million dollar credit portfolio of multiple lever risk customers across several geographies and business types.
Manage company credit exposure when granting credit limits to support the business and minimize risk and disputed/bad debt.
Research and analyze financial data on large group customers, group subsidiaries, private and public companies, and small individually held companies.
Familiar with defining credit worthiness when reviewing non-standard payment terms, extended payment terms, customer payment plans and PO exceptions.
Make recommendations to management on lowering credit limits, holding shipments or changing payment terms if financials deteriorate or payment commitments falter.
Interface with internal and external customers regarding changes in credit eligibility including payment terms and lines of credit.
Will manage forecasting on collections for their portfolios, with high accuracy based on knowledge of customer payment trends.
Responsible for escalating problematic accounts in a timely fashion.
Ensure operations are in compliance with corporate policies and procedures and that the Company's financial information is produced in an efficient and accurate manner.
Work in multiple operating units to review, perform and approve manual transactions including credits, debits, manual invoices, write-offs and refunds.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external customers to ensure world-class customer service and create win/win solutions.
Ensure procedures are in compliance with company policies, SOX, Internal Audit and year-end compliance and testing.
