LMI is seeking a SAP Security/GRC Consultant to support a large Army ERP program office. The selected candidate will work on-site (Monday-Friday) at client organization located in Fort Lee, VA. and Huntsville, AL. Consultant must be capable of working in a dynamic PMO organization in a fast paced, multi-tasking, environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities to include but not limitted to:
Provides SAP GRC technical and functional support.
Reviews and edits access controls SoD and critical action risk rule set. Executes segregation of duties (SoD) and critical action reports.
Must have a solid understanding of SAP Security and User ID provisioning procedures. Diagnoses SAP authorization issues and provide corrective recommendations.
Reviews HR organizational structure and perform indirect role assignments.
Adjusts HR Master Data.
Understands DFPS Force Element structure and how it relates to HR Organization Management.
Supports the production environment with daily monitoring activities, incident coordination and resolution and analyze trends in errors and proposes resolutions to prevent further incidents. Supports Independent Government Testing (IGT).
Supports internal and external audit activities for SAP Environment.
Runs SAP configuration and audit programs and reports to obtain information for audit inquiries.
Provide technical assistance in training all levels of SAP users analyzes ERP systems technical literature and translates in terms understandable to end users.
Tracks and fully documents changes; writes detailed procedures for permanent records and for use in training.
Qualifications
Education: BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related fields is required
15+ years support SAP Security experience, with 10+ years SAP GRC Access Controls experience, SAP Basis experience a plus, SAP ALE experience a plus.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
NetWeaver, ERP/ECC, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Intelligence (BI), Business Objects (BOBJ), Solution Manager, Process Integration (PI), Portal, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Single Sign On, Value SAP.
Oracle and MS-SQL databases. AIX, Solaris and HP-UX operating systems.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively to all levels of leadership in both written and verbal formats.
Must be team oriented and be able to work collaboratively across programs and teams to accomplish all mission requirements.
Certifications: SAP Technology Consultant
Clearance: Must have a fully-adjudicated SECRET clearance at contract award.
