Job Responsibilities Lam Research is seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated Trackwise Business Analyst with good functional and technical problem-solving skills to work in our Business IT group. We are searching for applicants who are able, willing, and excited to learn all about Quality Management and support our TrackWise system. The successful candidate will:
Work on configuration and administration of TrackWise 8, 9.x.x version(s), (a Sparta systems product).
Develop SAP Crystal Reports for TrackWise
Skilled in developing TrackWise Web services and ability to connect with multiple third-party systems such as SAP, other systems
Utilize technical and domain knowledge to develop and implement effective solutions; provide hands on mentoring to team members through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile practices.
Analyze existing systems supporting Quality Business processes and make recommendations for system improvement.
Perform the initial root cause analysis of reported system application bugs.
Work with Product Management to manage and prioritize all incoming bug and feature requests from submission through implementation.
Work with the stakeholders to gather and organize business requirements
Translate the high-level business requirements to functional design specifications for the development of the business applications
Define solution options for solving particular business problem
Other Job Responsibilities
Work with the development lead/developers to implement the design specified in the functional design specifications
Work with the system application test team through the testing cycle of all system changes.
Conduct user acceptance tests and establish data accuracy prior to production release
Communicate technical and business topics, as appropriate, in a 360-degree fashion, when required; communicate using written, verbal and/or presentation materials as necessary.
Collaborate on the preparation of training material and delivery of User training.
Provide the Business unit with systems customer support.
Provide guidance in the creation of change management documentation
Create, maintain, and manage system design documents (Workflows, configuration maps, etc.) that are used by software development for implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science or related
7+ years of total experience and 4+ year of related experience
5+ years of experience in TrackWise Configuration, Coordinators
2+ years of experience in one or more SAP modules; Experience with S/4HANA highly preferred.
Experience in Quality Management Systems in Semiconductor Industry
Strong analytical skills
Be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
Soft skills in professional communications - both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP Service Management Module
Experience in SAP QIM (Quality Issue Management)
Experience in reporting tools like PowerBI
Some exposure to predictive analytics
Ability to work with others
Eagerness to learn and ability to energize a team
