vCORE seeks a competent Sales Associate to join one of our strategic sales teams to find and drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships. This individual will be directly responsible for expanding a client base and preserving that business.
What You'll Do
Generate new and repeat sales by promptly providing product and technical information, cultivating long-term relationships based on trust, credibility, and mutual satisfaction
Determine client requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed
Present price, credit, and terms according to standard procedures tracking all sales activity in the company CRM (Netsuite)
Educate clients about terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve product-related sales and client satisfaction
Contact clients following sales delivery to ensure ongoing satisfaction and resolve any complaint, preserving vCORE's reputation
Effectively manage the sales process, client relationships, and internal resources with a results-driven approach
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing an opportunity
Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs
What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of sales with three or more years in the technology industry is preferred
Ability to learn detailed information about products and services quickly and clearly and effectively articulate vCORE's value to the client while maximizing revenue and margin generation
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills when interacting with employees, vendors, and clients
Self-motivated team player shows initiative, anticipates and prevents issues by executing advanced problem-solving skills
Strong ability to operate independently
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and a working knowledge of CRM software required to maintain an accurate forecast
