Job Responsibilities

As a Program Manager in our Computational Products Team, you will be responsible for leading engineering projects and supporting engineers who are designing a new generation of software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating project plans, conducting project/engineering reviews, tracking progress, communicating status, escalating and closing gaps, monitoring/controlling budget, and supporting a variety of engineering tasks to achieve a number of successful product and feature launches within the context of Lam's Product Development and Release process.

Other Job Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for program specific Product Lifecycle Management activities
• Proven ability in leading, running, overseeing and directing semiconductor equipment engineering programs and projects of varying size from inception to successful completion.
• Planning and scheduling project goals, milestones and deliverables
• Creating strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation
• Resource allocation and schedule alignment
• Identifying & solving project issues effectively and expeditiously
• Managing conflicts and gaps in resources (human, budget, time)
• Works independently and recommends methods and creative solutions to solve problems

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years Program Management leadership experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point and SAP
• Must be a self-starter and be able to operate independent of day to day supervision
• Direct experience leading cross-functional teams; Program Management experience required
• Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the confidence and background to collaborate with and lead highly technical individuals across multiple organizations & management levels: demonstrated leadership capability, conviction to drive aligned PORs to completion, and courage to take make decisions. The candidate must have the ability to bring clarity and guidance during uncertainty.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking and attention to details for everyday tactical execution
• Excellent people and presentation skills
• Technical background, preferably in semiconductor industry and Etch and Deposition product and process knowledge is a plus
• Agile Program Management experience is a plus
