CRM Technology is a team that supports the global Sales, Marketing and Research organization using CRM and MIS tools across the Investment Bank

We work as an agile team, providing a wide range of cloud based engineering solutions, leveraging modern technologies and DevOps, which help our 4,500 global users make decisions efficiently, while collecting valuable client intelligence data points (trade, revenue, deal, profitability, clients, contacts, etc.).

The CRM Technology Associate will work primarily as a Java engineer with a fast-paced, high-energy diversified team.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test and support enterprise applications using sound object oriented analysis and design principles
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, risk management and security policies
• Review business requirements/functional specifications requirements and provide engineering solutions
• Work across, coordinate and ensure build of micro-service APIs for access and usage of domain data.
• Identify efficiencies and ways to improve design and development processes
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels

Qualifications
• 3+ years Core Java server application development experience
• 3+ years' experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• Experience with Java 1.7 and up
• Experience in Spring Boot
• Experience with Design Patterns
• Experience in REST based APIs, micro service architecture and cloud.
• Experience in PL/SQL.

Preferred Skills
• Exposure of asynchronous messaging protocols (IBM MQ, JMS, Kafka)
• Exposure to Java script frameworks and HTML.
• Experience with Elastic
• Knowledge of GraphQL
