Skills & Requirements • 2+ years of EMR/EHR application support experience • Must possess strong troubleshooting experience • Must possess tier II help desk / desktop support experience • Must possess remote installation experience (or familiarity) • Must possess experience repairing • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
