The Product Manager, Health Core Capabilities is responsible for delivering value by meeting user (customer/employee) needs and leading mobile app initiatives in support of Best Buy Health strategies. This role requires significant relevant experience establishing a new team, identifying opportunities for efficiency, managing stakeholders, and leveraging technology and innovation in order to help scale mobile app development.
The Product Manager will define product vision, roadmap, and define quarterly objectives and key results in partnership with internal customers -- Mobile Apps product teams and key stakeholders. The Product Manager will lead a team that will manage the creation, deployment, and management of development tools and reusable components that will be utilized by other internal teams to develop health mobile apps. These internal products may include mobile APIs, authentication methods, analytics, automation tools, CMS and common UI libraries.
This role will be responsible for sprint/backlog management and must understand and utilize key customer and business metrics to inform their priorities. The Product Manager is also responsible for ensuring there are continuous feedback loops with their users (customers/employees) and supporting discovery practices that effectively inform their priorities and how they advance against the product team vision. The Product Manager is responsible for product prioritization and must understand and utilize key customer and business metrics to inform their priorities. This role works with Product and Engineering teams, User Experience Teams, and numerous stakeholders throughout the organization.
