Position Overview

The Loan Servicing Specialist will assist General Loan Servicing staff with the efficient processing of Mortgage Payoffs and on occasion associated Mortgage release functions. Ensure the process is completed timely and accurately, while limiting errors to 5% or less. Update and/or review customer information and ensure proper file maintenance on customer loans. Take ultimate accountability for the achievement of goals set forth by management. Additionally, support and assist with escalated issues, when called upon.

As a Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for

• Reviewing customer information to ensure proper file maintenance on customer loans
• Researching file records for Payoff/VOM preparation
• Scaning and uploading file documents

• 1-3 years experience
• Associates degree or equivalent
• Loan Servicing experience
