Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist the Interim Material Testing Lab Supervisor

Assist with Contracts

Assist with Geotechnical software and installation

Provide geotechnical consultation and mentoring to Geotechnical Engineers in the group

eview geotechnical reports produced by Geotechnical Engineers for technical accuracy

Part time position working 10 to 20 hours per week

Qualifications

Essential Requirements & Qualifications:

• 20 or more years of experience
• P.E. and/or G.E. Required
• Experience working at or with the City of Portland is required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, (hearing) and to make the discriminations in sound.
