Job Description:


  • Responsible for coordinating and executing the company-wide leadership development and training strategies, managing the overall workload and priorities of the partner development team. This includes designing, evaluating, coordinating, communicating, implementing and documenting development needs.

  • Designs, prioritizes, implements, and measures company-wide processes to drive performance and engage talent for long-term business growth. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to help ensure a strong talent pipeline for the future and consults with executives and leaders for improved performance.

  • Research and recommend learning solutions to support partners in assessing their strengths and gaps, generating individual development plans and leveraging resources to support their development to build leadership bench strength within the organization. Solutions may include experiences and assignments, mentoring, classes, programs and independent study.

  • Organizational Design (OD): Provides subject matter expertise on OD processes to support business growth with impact. Collaborates with a broad range of stakeholders. Infrastructure: Identifies and implements the appropriate processes, tools and systems to support performance and OD.

  • Deliver training to salaried and hourly partners, becoming certified to instruct externally-developed training content as needed. Maintain and enhance coaching and facilitation skills to provide high quality educational experiences for participants.

  • Facilitates executive talent review and engagement sessions and ensures the HR Business Support Team is equipped to effectively facilitate the end-to-end talent review and engagement planning processes for each business unit.

  • Establish and manage the network of internal and external instructors to facilitate classroom and web-based training

  • courses. Manage training costs and evaluate training outcomes to ensure maximum quality and efficiency within training processes.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Education: Bachelors (Business, HR or OD; Masters preferred)

Experience:


  • A proven record of developing others typically requiring 8-10 years of direct/indirect coaching, training and strategic development

  • 5-7 years of experience involved in the development and execution of training initiatives

  • HR and/or training certifications, project management

  • Talent management experience and knowledge of succession planning

  • 10+ years of experience implementing performance and organizational development solutions in a complex-business, including experience in customer facing roles, human resources, learning and organizational effectiveness functions

  • High energy, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to build effective relationships with partners at all levels

  • Must have excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to proactive assess areas in need of improvement and recommend development solutions

  • Deep experience in designing and delivering OD solutions for a range of audiences and geographies.

  • Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders across functions and geographies to craft customized OD strategies.

  • Must have a track record for pursuing practical outcomes and possess the influencing skills to gain acceptance for new approaches among senior management and plant leaders.

  • Excellent project management, relationship building and consultative skills.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational learning theories and “best in class” OD strategies.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS technologies used to implement and scale performance and OD processes globally.

  • Must be creative and innovative

  • Multiple language fluency a plus
