We are seeking a Licensed Member Advocate Specialist for the Investment Center Department.
The Licensed Member Advocate Specialist is accountable for analyzing each situation, one by one, before determining the appropriate response. It requires to use individual judgement-making and analysis to produce outputs that allow the job incumbent to deal with each particular situation and determine what needs to be done to overcome an obstacle. This role is likely to take a practical step-by step approach, bringing together and accumulating a number of pieces of information that reveal underlying, complexities, patterns, or themes.
The Licensed Member Advocate Specialist is responsible for complying with all policies, procedures, and processes related to their specific position, duties, and responsibilities.
