Nemera needs a Plant Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.  This role will lead, coach, and develop workforce of approximately 200 direct / indirect reports across a 4 shift, 24/7 operation focusing on a sustainable training programs while executing the production schedule and maintaining compliance to Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality standards

You’ll help us achieve our corporate growth goals by bringing these skills to us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required


• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, and additional 3-5 years of management experience


• Lean Manufacturing experience


• Ability to coach and mentor on an individual and group basis


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-task environment with minimal supervision


• Ability to effectively present information and professionally respond to questions from staff, leadership, customers, and suppliers


• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


• Injection Molding and Medical Device manufacturing experience (preferred)


• SAP experience (preferred)
