Performance and Analytics Specialist

This position is based out of our office in Houston, TX, and reports to our Regional Manager Engineering Systems and Applications. It is responsible for analyzing data trends, discovering opportunities for improvement, and presenting suggestions to generate additional revenue and/or reduce expenses.

The Performance and Analytics Specialist will use statistical methods, finance concepts, analytical techniques, and industry knowledge to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Use DOMO and Power BI to create/maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards that enable project managers to track performance and drive improvement.

How will you contribute to the team?

• Prepares executive level presentation decks to share findings and suggest improvements.


• Assist in analyzing data sets from client prospects to show the power of our Platform.


• Partner closely with the Finance teams, understand their data needs and build plans to address those with intelligent data solutions in a timely and sustainable fashion.


• Deliver data solutions that tell a story and provide insights to the users, enabling them to make better decisions and complete their responsibilities more efficiently.


• Provide executive management with clear analytical insights into business drivers, opportunities and risks.

What will you contribute?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Data Analyst.


• Bachelor's degree in engineering not required.


• Visualization expertise in tools like DOMO, Power BI and SQL.


• Intermediate to advanced SQL querying Experienced in at least one of the following: data profiling / data harmonization / data cleansing / data integration activities.


• Comprehension of DevOps and Agile development.


• Knowledge of C# web application or Flutter Programming is a plus but not required.
