Overview:

We currently have an opportunity in Southern California for a Senior Water/Wastewater Technical Manager interested in developing innovative solutions to challenging water-related projects and managing successful project teams.  Our growing backlog of water and wastewater treatment work creates an opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects that contribute to the development of solutions addressing California water issues. Projects related to the supply, treatment, and conveyance of water, wastewater, recycled water, and stormwater.

Responsibilities:

• Directs complex engineering, planning or scientific work for clients


• Acts as a technical lead for water projects, including having substantial interaction related to all technical tasks associated with the project


• Performs technical tasks of significant difficulty and complexity, working on challenging of projects


• Oversees overall technical content and quality of project deliverables


• Prepares and delivers technical presentations to internal and/or external clients


• Ensures that current design and/or technical guidelines and standards are in place

Qualifications:

• 15+ years’ experience in the planning, design and construction of water and wastewater projects


• BS in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field, MS preferred


• Excellent organizational, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills


• P.E. registration


• Experience in regulatory permitting
