The Supply Planning Associate Manager (Team Lead) position has the responsibility for delivering the customer service targets at the optimal inventory investment and cost for their specific business units. This role will have direct reporting line responsibility for up to 3 supply planners for a given set of manufacturing assets, and / or 3rd Party Manufacturing or Re-Pack sites, and will also be the primary supply planning contact covering the S&OE Planning Horizon (13 weeks) for the Product Supply Directors/Managers. In addition, the Supply Planning Associate Manager position will play a critical role in the S&OP / S&OE process, as well as lead the weekly CFR, Inventory and Control Tower (S&OE) Routines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accountable for CFR and Inventory KPI’s within the respective Business Unit category(s)
Prepare, Lead, and Own Control Tower meetings and ensure alignment with the NA standards and best practices
Participate the monthly Supply Review (Step 3) meetings as a part of the S&OP process
Prepare, Lead, and Own weekly routines for CFR and Inventory performance
Accountable for Special Pack Execution for the respective Business Unit – both S&OE performance and Focused Improvement initiatives
Proactively communicate potential supply issues with the Supply Chain – while leading issue resolution
Conduct monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s for their category/cluster – and identify/drive corrective actions

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
University/Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Business Administration preferred) and a minimum of five plus years of working Business experience, or military experience considered in lieu of educational requirement
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Minimum of five years of experience using PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)
Minimum of five years of demonstrated results and working in a team-based, cross functional environment
Prior management/leadership experience strongly preferred
Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
