Purpose:

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all items in our warehouse management system, executing the purchase order put-away plan, and keeping all items organized and stocked.

Education, Experience & Proficiencies:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience


• Inventory/warehouse experience preferred


• Familiarity with Sage 100 (ERP) and ScanCo (WMS) preferred


• Microsoft Office 365


• Forklift certified

You Will Be Accountable For:

• Executing inventory cycle counts.


• Putting away received purchase orders.


• Cleaning and maintaining inventory spaces.


• Assisting with unloading of all shipments.


• Adhering to all safety procedures and established workplace rules.


• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry 30-50 pounds throughout the workday. Tolerate moderate to high noise level in warehouse. Vision abilities required are color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Perform steady pace of work while completing repetitive physical movements: stand, kneel, push and pull objects, reaching with hands and arms, etc. Ability to work in non-air-conditioned warehouse during the summer with large fans creating moderate air flow.

This position has a shift-based schedule with FT hours required during peak season (typically May-Aug)
