Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance, is responsible for all assigned duties regarding general cleaning and housekeeping for the facility.

Thorough daily cleaning of commons areas per duty log including: all commons (all entrances, bathrooms, great room, patio off of great room and dining room, exercise facility, break room, salon, guest suites, offices, pool area and locker rooms, library, chapel, craft room, fire exits and stairwells, and trash rooms.)

•Bi-weekly thorough cleaning of Independent Resident apartments per duty log.

•Weekly thorough cleaning of Assisted Living Resident’s apartments per duty log.

Schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional weekend for special events.
