The main tasks will include:

• Performing research on potential targets and helping prepare "points of view" documents on such targets
  
  


• Practice development including creation of new processes, systems and communications
  
  


• Assisting on managing market intelligence and working on targeting of private equity firms, private equity held businesses, and large corporates
  
  


• Involvement on a mix of projects and marketing/commercial development
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  


• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  
  


• Fluent business level English and French is essential. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
  
  


• Strong interest in a career within Restructuring
