Title: Real Estate Analyst

Location: New York City

This role is to assist industry veterans with the leasing of commercial real estate on behalf of tenants and landlords both locally and nationally. We are looking for an individual who is eager to further their knowledge within commercial real estate and grow as a professional with Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments, LLC.

• Lead generation: develop and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling and leveraging relationships and other referral sources and scheduling meetings with prospective clients requiring real estate assistance.


• Assist in the creation of tour books/site surveys, maps, and other reports for both landlord and tenant clients.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on retailers, landlords, market availability, and leases in company databases.


• Assists in the preparation of letters of intents/LOI's, term sheets, and lease amendments.


• Show vacant retail spaces and prepares status reports for landlord clients.


• Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports on asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, market comparisons, and competitive landscape.


• Maintain knowledge of market rent, conditions, and general understanding of all retail/commercial real estate news both locally and nationally.


• Have experience working within fashion companies or has a passion for fashion designers and wanting to develop many relationships.


• Keeping up with new industry changes within (sales, fashion, retailers, and more)


• Has experience in conducting multiple cold calls and reaching weekly KPI's


• Increase sales and or purchasing opportunities for commercial real estate by working with our broker.


• Wanting to receive a real estate license to conduct

• At least 1 year of sales either in real estate or retail experience preferred


• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills


• Detail-oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Retail sales experience


• Has a passion for fashion and or has worked within the fashion industry


• Able to hit cold calling weekly requirements

Certifications:

• Real Estate salesperson's license NICE TO HAVE
