Senior Associate – Product Manager

Must Have Skills

1. Embrace lean and agile methodology (Kanban, Scrum etc.)


2. Worked on projects involving API i.e. API development, API consumption, read Swagger files etc,


3. Will work on small, cross functional and co-located teams


4. Collaborate with Stakeholders (Product Owners, Feature Owners etc.) to develop product vision, and breaking it down into actionable backlog


5. Experience in articulating and validating product hypothesis


6. Experience working with A.I. and data modeling


7. Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach and mentor other team members


8. Able to develop and deliver all or subsets of the artifacts (i.e., user stories) for group and other teams


9. Expert in product management techniques such as user story mapping, carving out Minimum Viable Products, identify improvements for improving cycle time and throughput

Desired Skills

1. Experience in Agile tools such as JIRA etc


2. Customer Relationship Domain knowledge


3. Automotive Industry Experience
