Intelgica, Inc. is hiring a Communications Manager in the following area(s): Frisco, TX.

Do you love content creation?

Intelgica is looking for a Communications Manager to join our growing team. The Communications Manager is responsible for writing internal and external communications for Intelgica’s family of brands, ensuring our messaging is consistent. The Communications Manager can expect to be immersed in many aspects of the organization and regularly engage with senior executives.

In this role you will be in charge of crafting effective marketing campaigns to win new clients, attract prospective employees, and keep employees engaged. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex initiatives into easily digestible updates, and experience developing and executing strategic public relations plans. 

The right candidate is a strong writer and storyteller who can draft compelling messaging for use in press materials, internal communications, and support materials including key messages and FAQs.

Additional Priorities:


  • The ideal candidate is an outstanding writer with a clear understanding of media relations—you will be hands on writing and copyediting content for the organization  


  • Drive the strategic development and execution of internal and external communications plans with a focus on engaging and inspiring associates across the organization, and informing external partners of business updates and company vision


  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, and social media content


  • Coordinate conference registrations, trade shows, and sponsorships


  • Work closely with internal Subject Matter Experts to identify new content marketing opportunities


  • Monitor press stories relating to the company and its brand and maximizing opportunities for positive PR and playing down any negative PR


  • Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic


  • Monitor and correspond to online review sites like Glassdoor and Indeed


  • Project manage quarterly All Hands presentation


The Qualities You Possess:


  • Minimum 5 years of communications experience with a focus on strategic corporate communications and public relations initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, Journalism or Marketing preferred  


  • AP Style proficient


  • Strong creative writing, editing and proofreading skills


  • You respect the confidentiality of sensitive projects, perform under pressure and within ambiguity, and are able to prioritize and execute on short- and long-term initiatives


  • Excellent time management skills within a highly charged, fast-paced environment


  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint


  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
