Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) group within the Commercial Bank (CB) focuses on companies with annual revenue of $20 million to $500 million, municipalities, and not-for-profit entities requiring traditional banking services (lending and cash management) as well as investment banking products (including debt and equity capital markets, risk management derivatives, and corporate finance advisory). MMBSI is organized into five core regional groups (Northeast, Midwest, Southwest, Southeast, and Pacific) and a variety of industry segments, including, but not limited to, Agribusiness, Life Sciences, Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, Not-for-profit and Technology.

Position Overview

As part of the MMBSI Sales Enablement team within the Commercial Bank, theSales Enablement and Operations Lead will be responsible for the effectiveness and successful execution of \"end-to-end\" Sales Enablement and Campaign and Initiative efforts.

This role will apply process improvement practices to ensure campaign goals are realized while working closely with Marketing and key Business Segments to drive new campaigns, initiatives and coordinate the overall calendar of strategic client planning for national sales efforts. The selected candidate will take part in key business management initiatives to analyze, implement and track results to help meet end-user and business objectives.

This individual will also work closely with senior members of the Sales & Business Development Committee, through which new initiatives are reviewed and decisioned.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Define - Identify opportunities and create viable campaign documents that tie to the MMBSI strategy, are driven by the business needs, and have positive business impact.

  • Measure & Analyze - Benchmark current process performance data by understanding business objectives and translating those needs into quantifiable measures with specific targets, collecting and correlating data for summary analysis & recommendations for action.

  • Improve - Partner with BM and other stakeholders to identify end-state and interim solutions. Analyze costs, business benefits, and continuous improvements

  • Implement - Manage and oversee implementation of Catalyst campaign activities. Create and/or support the creation of user process flows, user guides, and dashboards to ensure project goals are obtained.

  • Control and Document - work with respective LOB owners (Business Management teams, Catalyst, Marketing etc.) to implement and reproduce changes and foster continuous improvements for Bankers, Managers and Partners.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Business Development and MMBSI Catalyst Lead teams to identify, analyze, and coordinate efforts impacting Bankers; ensuring a full calendar of activities across MMBSI are coordinated and monitored for effectiveness
  • Support Business Management and other stakeholders to define an effective client planning process
  • Program Tracking utilizing internal systems, including SharePoint & Catalyst for team collaboration / program artifacts
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members/stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Identify and manage campaign and initiative dependencies and impact analysis
  • Develop & deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to support program objectives


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Process Analysis / Process Improvement / Campaign management experience
  • Salesforce & marketing management experience is required
  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal relationship skills with executive level presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, team player, self-starter and able to work independently are essential
  • Strong analytical skills required
