The Opportunity


We are looking to hire a Vice President of our Fee Managed Division. The Vice President directly oversees 10,000 units, plus a team of Regional Managers. This is a vital position within the organization for the company to maintain its financial stability and be in a position to continue to develop real estate. This role requires travel up to 40%. The Vice President is given the authority and responsibility to achieve the property's goal.


Key Functions



  • Inspect each property monthly

  • Develop, implement, and achieve the annual property budget

  • Be directly involved with the bidding and acceptance of all service and contracts

  • Establish written goals for the property to achieve in every area of the operation

  • Maintain a current knowledge of each property's competition; how their product and property compare with ours, review monthly "Market Studies" to know how their prices, terms and specials affect your market

  • Review/research the Profit and Loss Statement

  • Prepare a written Owner's Report and be prepared to discuss the results with the President of the Management Company monthly.

  • Deal with resident complaints as quickly as possible

  • Approve purchase orders and invoices daily for prompt ordering, and ensure that all other charges and fees are collected

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Executive Leadership role, overseeing a minimum of 7,500 units

  • Minimum 5 years working with LIHTC properties

  • Able to travel up to 40%

  • Highly proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Yardi experience preferred but not required.
