ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Facilitating Kaizen Events (Prep, execute and sustain)
Line balancing: cycle Time Collection, Validation and Verification.
Problem Solving: Complex problems at tier 2 level
Orientation of Team Members
Training Group leaders on Daily Management, problem solving, and value stream mapping.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments on improvement efforts. REQUIREMENTS
Excellent in problem solving techniques (A plus: if candidate knows 5S, 5 WHY, 8 Wastes Identification, and Root Cause Analysis)
Proven track record in leading Kaizens
Strength in communication and people skills
Solid computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
Four year college Degree - preferred: Manufacturing or Industrial engineering or Business Degree with experience.
Organizational skills with the ability to stay on task
Good analytical skills with ability to work with minimal supervision/guidance
Working alternative hours when needed according to project needsOther details
