*Description* * Business partner for multiple departments, providing key analytics and decision support across the organization, building internal trust to help ensure cross-functional alignment * Work hand-in-hand with accounting counterparts to support monthly financial close process and variance analyses * Support corporate development efforts including investor diligence and correspondence, debt and equity capital fundraising, and potential strategic partnership opportunities * Generate business insights into competitive price levels, structures and strategies through qualitative and quantitative analyses * Develop and take responsibility for core business operational workflows, systems and analytics, in collaboration with members of our Product, Engineering, Analytics, Brand Management, Retail Operations and Finance teams
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field * Min 3+ years experience in consulting, private equity, venture investing and/or operational role within a high growth startup or other relevant experience * Min 2+ experience in a business or financial analytical role, retail industry preferred. * Advanced Excel skills incl. modeling * Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills (e.g. excel, SQL, etc.). * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast paced environment.
