The Culture & Engagement Manager role is responsible for all internal communications for Wilton, LLC.  Additionally, the role is responsible for creating and maintaining all the culture initiatives and programs and measuring and sustaining the organization’s engagement. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in communications and employee engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion. This is an individual contributor who will have strong interpersonal skills as they need to work effectively at all levels of an organization cross functionally.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Create and/or support the development of all internal communications at Wilton, LLC; including creating tone, approach and style that aligns to Wilton culture as well as the framework for processes and standardization across the organization

  • Keep pulse of Wilton’s engagement through various measures of surveys and metrics

  • Responsible and accountable for Helping Hands charitable program; partner closely with Culture Pillar Sponsors

  • Responsible and accountable for D&I initiatives; facilitate and lead cross functional D&I committee

  • Lead and facilitate all change management endeavors including strategy, education and execution

  • Lead and develop organizational events that align to Wilton culture, partner with functional leaders, office team, admins and others to plan

  • Own Wilton’s onboarding and offboarding programs, partnering closely with Recruiting and Business Partners

  • Create and maintain a monthly editorial calendar to plan how our brand, culture and D&I message will be delivered in creative, compelling ways

  • Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations, working cross functionally with Recruiting

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work, and meet all deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

 

Education:


  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications, culture and inclusion

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing required

  • Deep knowledge of culture and engagement frameworks

  • Strong project management required

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in influencing / leading cross functional teams

  • Strong data analysis, written and verbal communication skills, able to facilitate discussion with all levels of management are critical

  • Advanced analytical skills, demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data; proficient in distilling massive amounts of data into important insights for senior leadership

  • Energetic, forward-thinking and highly creative
