We are seeking an Associate Business Report Developer to join American Tower’s FP&A team.  The FP&A team partners with internal stakeholders to provide actionable analyses and recommendations driven by detailed analytics. Day to day you will create analytical reports and dashboards, combine information from disparate systems and assist with enterprise data warehouse reporting projects that help inform key business decisions. As an Associate Business Report Developer, you will partner cross-functionally to develop and deliver standardized reporting by using best practices of presenting and visualizing data for internal customers.

What You Can Offer Us

• Build, maintain, and update data visualizations, dashboards, and analyses based on business needs, technology changes, and process changes.


• Support Business Developers by creating dashboards, performing analysis, creating icons, and navigating the OBIEE ecosystem to implement reporting solutions that accurately address complex business needs.


• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust dashboards in support of current business initiatives using technical expertise requiring sophisticated data analyses and data management experience.


• Partner with organizations to manage and deliver data solutions; support departmental needs for ad hoc reporting.


• Develop, modify, maintain, and continuously improve reporting processes using OBIEE and a variety of reporting and analysis tools.


• Analyze information from multiple data sources, including but not limited to Asset/Project Management software, Oracle, and Salesforce. Validate reporting results for accuracy and adherence to business requirements.


• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in Computer Science, Business or a related quantitative discipline preferred.


• A minimum of 3 years’ high-level data analysis experience required; must be able to visualize and interpret data.


• 
  Experience with one or more of the following platforms required:
  
  
  
  • OBIEE or an equivalent enterprise business intelligence platform (at least 3 years);
  
  
  • OBIEE, ETL (Oracle Data Integrator), BI, reporting, or database development (at least 3 years); and/or
  
  
  • Oracle EBS and EBS database.
  
  
  
  


• Proficiency with SQL querying and knowledge of data modeling preferred.


• Data regression modeling and forecasting experience preferred.


• Ability to efficiently prioritize and organize competing work demands with little oversight and minimal supervision.


• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.


• Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.


• Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
