Job Summary
The office of the Executive Vice President for Health Affairs works to achieve and fulfill UK HealthCare's ( UKHC ) mission and vision through organization wide strategic planning. The Service Manager for Care Blue will support this mission through business development and strategic planning, patient engagement, as well as community provider relations.
Duties include: maintaining and growing existing business partnerships, advising senior leadership on program progress and/or resource needs, as well as positioning to continue the growth of physician relationships within the health care community through outstanding commitment to patient care and dedication to UKHC . This position will also provide premier customer service for all Care Blue patients by engaging patients to ensure care requests are addressed in a timely manner and that all UKHC provided health care exemplifies our commitment to patient care quality.
The selected candidate will demonstrate strong relationship building skills, highly developed planning and organization skills, as well as strong organizational and financial analysis skills.
