ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including but not limited to:
Fielding inbound and outbound guest contacts to enhance and solidify the guest experience.
Act as a personal vacation planner for all tour guests.
Promote activities, events, town and ski resort information to our upcoming guests.
Book activities and various ancillary packages for tour guests
Coordinating with various departments and vendors to book and maximize inventory for our guests' accommodations.
Provide support for all booking departments with daily administrative responsibilities.
Responsible for the confirmation/finalization process of our booked guests
Cross train opportunities within Breckenridge Grand Vacations.
CRM fulfillment via text, email, chat and phone. Lead nurturing by developing relationships with prospects/guests at every stage of the sales funnel, and through every step of their journey.
