As an Account Specialist I, you will have direct phone interaction with customers to answer and resolve servicing questions and complaints about payments, loan documents and terms, taxes and insurance. You will work in an environment requiring you to listen, review multiple computer systems, type and talk to resolve complex customer issues. You will be responsible for offering other Chase products or services to meet the customer's needs. Account Specialists must maintain high customer satisfaction and quality scores while meeting efficiency goals and strict schedule and attendance guidelines. You will be responsible for understanding the firm's mortgage and home equity servicing policies as well as legal compliance regulations.
