Job Description:

ATM Claims and Exceptions Services (ACES) resolves transaction processing errors on cash and checks deposited at Chase ATMs and researches ATM transaction and deposit settlement exceptions, deposit claims, and shorted fund claims at Chase ATMs.

ATM Claims and Exceptions Services (ACES) resolves transaction processing errors on cash and checks deposited at Chase ATMs and researches ATM transaction and deposit settlement exceptions, deposit claims, and shorted fund claims at Chase ATMs.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Improves the customer's experience by researching missing ATM deposits, deposit posting errors, ATM payment exceptions and Chase ATM withdrawal claims.
  • Resolves cash, check and adjustment differences for ATM deposit settlement outages.
  • Performs end-of-day balancing to the ATM deposit network and resolves general ledger ticket posting differences for ATM deposit activity.
  • Analyzes and reports on ATM deposit claims loss activity and business process controls.
  • Researches Executive Office, banking center and claims dispute escalations.
  • Manages ATM deposit settlement issue resolution at the individual ATM level.
  • Provides subject matter expertise related to ATM channel-initiated projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year banking experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Some college preferred
  • Great Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook)
