Product owner roles are responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of technology products. They partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the technology product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. These roles develop, own, and execute technology product roadmap. They are responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by technology team to streamline the execution of program priorities and functionality of the product.
Responsible for the management and delivery of programs and/or projects with moderate to advanced complexity
Programs/projects generally span multiple functions and/or departments and that impact overall client experience, transformation initiatives, and operational improvements.
Roles at this grade are generally subject matter experts for multiple functions and/or departments, and are responsible for determining requirements and specifications for new system developments, offerings, or builds.
Managers of individual contributors or other managers with end-to-end responsibility of one or more processes or regions in the Product Ownership/launch.
Managers provide subject matter expertise based upon a full understanding of technical, domain, and operational aspects of the function.
Managers recommend and implement enhancements and process improvements and may be included in strategic business initiatives. Drives change and firmwide initiatives and serves as escalation contact for the team for any issues.
