Credit Risk Associate- Credit Risk Initiatives and Risk Policy

This role within Commercial Baking Risk will be responsible for coordinating projects for the Credit Risk Initiatives/Risk Policy team. The team focuses on change management that affects the CB Risk organization, providing both training and communication of those changes. Projects undertaken will cover improving efficiencies and controls, as well as implementing policy, regulatory and Wholesale Credit system changes to CB Risk partners. Major responsibilities will include coordination of regulatory reporting such as CCAR and Reg W. Position will also assist in coordination of testing of credit risk systems such as Proposals and Grading, and other credit systems/processes (e.g. Dealworks integration, Credit Navigator) introduced by the Wholesale Credit Transformation team.

Associate will additionally assist with CB Risk procedures governance and training. Position will also be responsible for supporting the CB Risk Administration and eResources SharePoint websites, as well as assisting in delivering communications to CB Risk.

Major Responsibilities


  • Coordinate regulatory reporting
  • Assist in UAT system testing and coordination, including development of test scripts, assisting with JIRA drafting, testing and assisting with go/no go decisions.
  • Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Assist with meeting coordination including developing agendas and documenting minutes and action items
  • Work with CB Risk and Functional partners to review existing processes and procedures for efficiency, and effectiveness, and assist in implementing improvements when required
  • Support update of CB Risk Procedures in RoboHelp. Assist in new procedures development as needed.
  • Maintain CB Risk eResources and CB Risk Administration SharePoint sites
  • Participate in developing and distributing CB Risk Communications. Develop targeted distribution lists as needed.
  • Support CB Risk IBID/RSAM approvals and entitlements projects
  • Assist in upkeep of team's ASD profiles

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
  • Self-motivated, detailed oriented and have the ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of CRI systems (ICRD Proposals, Desktop, Grading and iSPRESO) or SharePoint/website design experience a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Access a plus)
  • Reporting experience
