The position requires a results-focused, technically savvy individual with strong project management and facilitation skillsets to deliver success. This person will maintain a strategic and innovative mindset to deliver against the future-state vision while collaborating across a diverse set of stakeholders, managing relationships with and presenting regularly to JPM leadership teams. Previous experience in operations, reporting, database development & management would be helpful characteristics for a successful candidate.
Core Responsibilities
Help to build and execute the CBBI retirement effort, including both management and operational reporting to enable successful and efficient operations processes
Perform review of current systems and processes in WLS to understand and rationalize future reporting metrics and key business drivers
Work with stakeholders across WLS to prioritize data warehouse buildouts that maximize cost / benefit impacts
Partner with Operations and Technology teams to build and implement the CBBI retirement plan for multiple applications and interfaces
Use a framework to communicate program and project level details and timelines with employees within WLS and Technology organizations
Drive and manage key project deliverables with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across WLS, Technology, and Business
Coordination of User Acceptance Testing (testing - ensuring engagement and coordination of testing with the impacted teams
Think strategically and tactically, to design and implement deliverables, with the flexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations and priorities
Effectively communicate to provide regular updates to WLS leadership, including presentations, executive summaries and summary metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Previous expertise and a true passion for process innovation, design, and digital technology with proven success on complex, large scale initiatives
Strong financial experience
Must have 5+ years of experience in operations or technology roles; experience within large Financial Services firms preferred
Demonstrated experience working with large data sets
Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
Excellent judgement and independent decision-making ability
Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with databases and data warehouses for reporting
Experience with reporting using visual reporting tools such as Tableau and Qlik Sense
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal
Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
